The principals of Winthrop Management Services have over 15 years of experience in the assisted living industry. In 1998, Winthrop Management Services was established solely for the purpose of providing management services to assisted living properties. Currently, we have a management portfolio of facilities owned by the company and facilities in which we have no ownership. Although we are one among many in the assisted living industry, we believe that we offer something different for the seniors under our care.
